Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll only pay the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.
No hidden fees. The price you see includes the software, hosting, updates, and standard support. Data migration and on-site training are included in the onboarding package at no extra cost.
We accept bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS), UPI, credit/debit cards, and cheques. For annual plans, we can also arrange milestone-based payments.
Monthly plans have no lock-in — you can cancel anytime. Annual plans are billed yearly and offer a 20% discount. Enterprise plans include a custom SLA agreement.
